Sentinel 538 Sealer/Primer Odor Encapsulant is an innovative water based coating designed to seal and lockdown odors commonly found on restoration projects. Sentinel 538 is a multi-surface interior grade coating with great adhesion qualities. Its low order formula with
ultra-low volatile organic compounds is designed to replace oil or shellac based products without introducing an odor of its own into the space. Sentinel 538 serves as a base coat primer/sealer with excellent stain blocking. With low permeability characteristics a single coat is highly effective on most projects. 

Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of loose debris. For best results the
application area should be at least 50° F. with relative humidity levels below 50%. Using a
drill and paddle bit, mix 538 thoroughly before using.

Coverage Rates: range from 200- 400 sq. feet per gallon, depending on the porosity of the
surface being sealed.

• Best applied with an airless sprayer and cleans up with soap and warm water
