Sentinel 538 serves as a base coat primer\/sealer with excellent stain blocking. With low permeability characteristics a single coat is highly effective on most projects. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePreparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of loose debris. For best results the\u003cbr\u003eapplication area should be at least 50° F. with relative humidity levels below 50%.
